World DSL
Statistics: Q1 2003
Point Topic Ltd - June 2003
The worldwide total of DSL lines grew by almost 5.5 million during
the first 3 months of 2003, an increase of 15.2% for the quarter. In
absolute terms, this is a slight increase over the last quarter of
2002, when 5.3 million lines were added. Taking into account the
seasonal effect, leading to stronger sales of technology products and
services in the second half of the year, this points to sustained
and steady growth in the global DSL market. |
