The 2000 International Auto Show in New York, which kicked off this past week, may have influenced an upsurge in visitors to automotive sites. Carpoint.MSN.com topped the category with a significant traffic increase of 103 percent at-work of 62 percent at-home. Other auto sites with growth in traffic included Autoweb.com (29.5 percent), Carfax.com (29.5 percent), Edmunds.com (14.3 percent), and KBB.com (8.8 percent).
