Auto Sites Fuel Up with Traffic Increase
The 2000 International Auto Show in New York, which kicked off
this past week, may have influenced an upsurge in visitors to automotive
sites. Carpoint.MSN.com topped the category with a significant traffic
increase of 103 percent at-work of 62 percent at-home. Other auto sites
with growth in traffic included Autoweb.com (29.5 percent), Carfax.com
(29.5 percent), Edmunds.com (14.3 percent), and KBB.com (8.8 percent).
